My client a global leader in the Tech area has an immediate requirement for an Interim Senior Statutory Accountant for an initial 10 month contract- Dublin 1/hybrid.
This role is for the EMEA region will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local statutory accounting and financial reporting requirements across multiple countries in the region. The role involves preparing statutory financial statements, coordinating audits, and liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and local finance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and IFRS standards. The position also plays a key role in the management of financial reporting timelines and ensuring the integrity of accounting data and also include project work.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in statutory accounting or external audit, ideally within a multinational environment.
· Experience managing statutory reporting across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
· Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, tax compliance, and statutory reporting requirements within the EMEA region.
· Experience with financial consolidation and group reporting.
