Cpl in partnership with our client Pfizer are seeking a Manufacturing Transformation Specialist to join the team for an 11 month fixed term contract based at their state of the art site in Dublin, Grange Castle. This role has a hybrid working model attached.
Background:
An opportunity to be part of a new team whose aim is to provide process support, informatics capability and support digital and technology transformation initiatives for Grange Castle ensuring customers and patients have the medicines they need, when they need them. Working with our innovative OE, Engineering, Technical and Digital site teams, you will help bring medicines to the world even faster by imagining what’s possible and taking action.
The jobholder works within the Technical Services department on the Materials, Data and Validation Team and requires the coordination and management of activities that will result in the successful deployment of digital and technical solutions to site.

We Are Seeking Specialists whose role will:
• Support TS in each area in understanding the tools used in data analysis to enhance problem solving abilities
• Facilitate best practices of data analysis and data collection
• Support the CPV SME in the TS team
• Site Admin for Informa for TS
• Provide training for TS on tools, e.g. Informa, SPI
• Participate in BPOG and industry workstreams
• Review digital initiatives at a network level
• Connect the digital solutions and the actual application to our processes and delivery of improved capabilities or outcomes
• Propose new solutions to support the TS role
• Participate in the digital council to support site digital strategy
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 experience working in a data analytics role
• Experience of BioPharma operations, problem solving, data analytics and how they can be digitized.
• Excellent stakeholder management, have strong abilities to influence and manage change. Can adapt communication depending on audience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to independently plan and perform work assignments, interpret and present data
• Highly motivated, proactive, and persistent
