Role Background & Purpose:
Cpl is hiring for a Marketing Executive to join our growing internal marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to showcase and develop their skillset within a dynamic, fast paced environment, working across a range of marketing activities to assist in the organisation's candidate attraction efforts, also known as business-to-candidate (B2C).
Responsibilities:
• Executing multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to support the recruitment team and/or clients in attracting candidates for career opportunities
• Designing and developing bespoke webpages to support B2C marketing initiatives
• Managing Cpl social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, with responsibility for planning and posting relevant B2C content to engage and increase followers
• Leading on the promotion and delivery of recruitment open days and candidate attraction events
• Collaborating closely with our team of designers to create custom, high-quality marketing content tailored to meet specific B2C needs
• Overseeing merchandise requirements for internal and external B2C events
• Supporting B2C marketing activities across relevant job advertising platforms, such as Indeed and LinkedIn
• Creating relevant B2C blog content for the company website, along with updates and maintenance of the website as required
• Managing relationships with external vendors
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand B2C marketing requirements, in line with business objectives
• Supporting internal programmes across key candidate sourcing solutions, such as Indeed Smart Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience & Attributes:
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing and a related field
• 2+ years’ experience working in a marketing role
• Proficiency across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Working knowledge of paid media channels, such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in managing paid marketing campaigns
• Experience using marketing automation tools, driving efficient campaign execution and performance tracking
• Working knowledge of managing and executing email campaigns
• Experience in using graphic design tools, such as Canva, to create visually appealing, on-brand designs
• Proficiency in using marketing tracking tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Working knowledge and/or experience in relation to osearch engine optimisation (SEO)
• Experience working with clients and/or external stakeholders
• Possesses a mix of creative and analytical skills
• Prior website management and CMS experience (not essential)
• Previous experience in the recruitment industry (not essential)
