Cpl UK – Health have an unmissable temporary role within a busy and established NHS Hospital based for in Kent.

Job Description:
- Providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients (adults) with acute or long-term neurological conditions in their own homes.
- This includes patients recently discharged from hospital following a stroke (on the Early Supported Discharge pathway) and input to others to avoid hospital admission and improve individuals' quality of life.
- You would be part of a multi-disciplinary team who delivers goal-directed therapy.
- Car driver
- Experience working with Adults that have neurological conditions as part of an MDT, including stroke, MS & Parkinson’s Disease.
- Experience of working in the community.
- Experience of equipment provision & manual handling risk assessment.
- Full time hours 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- 6 months NHS experience minimum
- Right to Work in the UK
- Car driver with own vehicle
