Role Description
Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to join an exciting and well-established business in Cork.
Job Description:
· Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing
- Experience with ROI and UK payroll and pensions
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is important
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Managing the Timesheets from the Clock-in system for all stores
- Calculation of commission on a monthly basis. This includes calculation of public holiday commission and holiday commission
- Adhoc duties
Qualifications:
· IPASS
· Irish and UK Payroll previous experience
· Minimum 2 years payroll experience
· Strong Excel Skills required
