Position: Manager for Community Residential Supports
Salary: €54,157 - €63,245 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: 39 hours/week
Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization, is transforming lives in our community by providing exceptional support to individuals with severe and profound intellectual disabilities. With 34 community houses in Kilkenny City, each residence fosters a unique and nurturing environment for up to five residents.

What We’re Looking For:
· Qualifications: A Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Care Studies, or a Nursing qualification (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Children’s). FETAC Level 6 in Healthcare Management is desirable but not essential.
· Experience: At least 3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting, with proven knowledge of HIQA standards and certification.
· Skills: Strong leadership abilities, practical experience in similar roles, and a full, clean manual Irish driving license with your own transportation.
