Personal Lines Executive – Kinsale
Our client is one of the nations leading Insurance brokers and they are currently seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Executive for their Kinsale branch. This is a fast-paced role dealing with clients through the phone and in person for car, home, and van insurance.
The role will suit someone with Insurance experience and looking for a change or coming from a customer facing/ service background and looking to build a career within the sector.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the best personal lines products to suit their needs.
- Processing new business, mid-term alterations and renewal requests.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Assisting clients through the claims process.
Requirements:
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experience in a similar role and hold or be progressing through your CIP.
- Be highly organised, diligent, and thorough.
- Be a good team player who is highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Be competent using databases, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
- Enjoy learning.
- Have customer service experience.
