Our Client, a Cork based Design & Events business, is currently hiring for an experienced Project Administrator for an initial 2 month temporary contract to support the existing team during a busy period of international events:
- 2 month temporary contract initially
- Minimum 28hrs a week - more during busy periods
- Pay based on experience
- Immediately Available
Requirements
- Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules
- Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, and preparing itineraries
- Give admin support to the Project Team - manage client and stock database
- Coordinate the logistics and organisation for events
- Participate in implementing communication strategies (external vendors etc.)
Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 2+ years experience in a similar admin role
- Efficient working under pressure, highly organised and comfortable working alone and in a team based environment
- Experience in an Events or Communications role very beneficial
- Background/Keen interest in Events/Design/Art etc. also highly beneficial
