Quality Technician

Responsibilities:

Prepare presentation materials for meetings. Prepare and distribute agenda. Record and issue meeting minutes.
Generate and track correspondences.
Retrieve, copy/scan, organize and maintain documents.
Order Office and Lab supplies.
May assist with annual examination of retention samples.
May assist with processing of returned components and complaint samples for destruction.
May coordinate and assign lot set ups to team members.
May prepare site wide notifications.
Coordinate environmental chamber inventories associated with disposition as required.
May assign responsibility, monitor, and report results of departmental room audits.
Assist with lot status labelling as required.
May be responsible for disposition logbooks.
Control coordination of unprocessed bulk and in process bulk.
May prepare disposition paperwork for materials.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Other QA Support responsibilities as assigned
