Receptionist Required for Immediate start
Our client based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a receptionist with some administration for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will work in a busy reception during the hours Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to
· Answering calls from the switchboard and dealing with accordingly
· Welcome and sign in visitors
· Providing refreshments for meetings and visitors
· Manage the “book meeting room” system
· Look after post, delivery and arrange couriers
· Order supplies
· Support the PA’s as required with bookings, travel etc
· Assist with the monthly credit card reconciliation
· Assist with any company events organisation
· Ad hoc duties like typing up notes, updating the client database etc
