Resourcer based in Ireland
Cpl Healthcare has an exciting position available for a Resourcer who is fluent in Polish or Bulgarian or Romanian focusing on sourcing / recruiting qualified nurses and experienced Healthcare Assistants for full time positions in Ireland and the UK.
Cpl Healthcare is Ireland’s leading healthcare recruitment company, we recruit nurses and healthcare assistants into full time positions in hospitals, nursing homes and care facilities across Ireland and the UK. The role is office based in either our Dublin or Galway office and is 6 months initially with in a view to extend the contract if required.
Interested candidates are required to have
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable
- Experience working in a targeted environment is desirable
- Fluent in polish or Bulgarian or Romanian
- Good knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Good communication skills
The role involves
- Sourcing candidates from across Eastern Europe
- Develop a knowledge of the market
- Social Media Campaign to source candidates
- Attend Open Days / Recruitment fairs
- Work closely with the recruiters to attract and target as many candidates as possible
