What You’ll Do:
🔍 Candidate Management:
- Source, screen, and build strong connections with candidates across various channels (email, LinkedIn, social media—you name it!).
- Coach candidates for success, from CV advice to interview prep.
- Keep communication clear and expectations aligned for both clients and candidates.
🤝 Client Collaboration:
- Match exceptional talent with roles that fit like a glove.
- Use innovative sourcing methods, including Boolean and social media searches.
- Navigate the entire hiring process, from first contact to final offer.
✨ Teamwork & Targets:
- Work closely with team members to meet achievable monthly goals.
- Share ideas and support across departments to help everyone succeed.
What You Bring:
✅ Bachelor’s degree.
✅ Fluent in English and German (other European languages are a plus!).
✅ 6–12 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR is desirable (but not a must)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ A positive, can-do attitude and passion for helping people.
