Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading recruitment activities within the team across the Care 24-7 UK branches.
The person will be responsible to drive recruiting processes and procedures that support the execution of all recruitment activities. The Team Lead will report to the Manager of the Crae 24-7 Centralised Recruitment Team, consulting regularly with Care Managers in relation to priority recruitment needs.
This role with involve hybrid working so the potential candidate must be based near one of our Servisource Care 24-7 offices in Bradford, Leeds, Redcar & Middlesbrough but will be expected to maintain a presence across all branches and must hold a full driver’s licence with access to own transport.
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to the following:
- Accountable for leading the recruitment teams by overseeing the execution of all activities
- Attending Interviews in person or on Teams with the recruiters to meet compliance
- Collaborating with business unit stakeholders in relation to priority recruitment areas
- Assisting to manage recruitment performance through effective direction
- Recruitment strategy development and execution
- Managing and developing a high performing recruitment team
- Recruitment goal development and achievement
- Performance analysis and report generation
- Employee engagement management
- Managing the ongoing training, learning and development needs of the team
- Constantly striving to meet KPI’s and targets as set out
- Actively engaged in the recruitment of Domiciliary Care workers
- Liaising with the Marketing Department to ensure the execution of recruitment campaigns
- Liaising with the Compliance Department to ensure 100% compliance is achieved
- Training processes and support International Recruitment within the team
Role Requirements
- Experience in recruiting in the industry of domiciliary care is desirable, experience in general recruitment is essential
- Fully proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Strong written and oral communication, and proficiency in the English language
- Previous experience in managing and leading by example
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Personally motivated with a willingness to undertake new and challenging duties
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set
