About the Role: A leading financial services firm is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's adherence to regulatory obligations and commitments within established frameworks..
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day F&P assessments, including PCF applications.
- Maintain the F&P register.
- Submit required documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Lead annual attestations and certifications for relevant individuals.
- Oversee the Individual Accountability Framework (IAF), ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for F&P and IAF queries.
- Support RCSA for Human Resources to maintain IAF and F&P procedures and controls.
- Perform assurance testing on HR controls.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments, including remuneration practices and CSRD.
- Manage Conduct Standards and Code of Conduct training programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a relevant degree, preferably in law or compliance
- Strong understanding of F&P and regulatory operational processes.
- Knowledge of financial services regulation, ideally gained through experience in a compliance or risk role.
- Understanding of the financial services sector and its practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
