About the Role:
Our client is a major player in the Irish Food & Beverages sector and is actively looking for a Retail Customer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of localised marketing strategies and bring a diverse brand portfolio to life across multiple physical locations. This role will connect Marketing, Mobilisation, and Operations teams to deliver seamless brand activations and impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Activation Strategy:
- Shape and develop the brand portfolio activation strategy from concept to site opening.
- Lead activation planning and ensure consistent brand application across physical environments.
Campaign & Programme Development:
- Create and execute marketing programmes, campaigns, and materials to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a planned schedule of marketing-themed events to elevate customer engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with mobilisation, operations, and culinary teams to align business activations with customer insights and business goals.
- Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business and external stakeholders.
Project Management & Execution:
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including scheduling and planning.
- Provide leadership to the marketing team, mentoring team members and overseeing workloads.
About You:
Experience & Expertise:
- Extensive experience in retail marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Proven expertise in brand, retail, or customer marketing roles, particularly in physical retail settings.
- Demonstrated success in launching new businesses or locations.
Knowledge & Skills:
- An understanding of the food and beverage industry and its stakeholders is a huge plus.
- Experience working with architects, graphic and interior designers, and signage installation professionals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to adapt and problem-solve.
