Sales and Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced Sales & Marketing professional who is now looking for a new challenge in the Limerick region? Our client, a high profile employer in the property services & construction sector, are now undergoing a period of significant expansion across Ireland & as a result, they have now engaged exclusively with us in Cpl to recruit a talented, energetic & ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team here in Limerick.
The Job:
As a key part of the operations management group, the successful candidate will have a broad remit covering sales, marketing & commercial management duties for projects across Ireland. These will include designing & delivering marketing strategies, leading targeted marketing campaigns, utilising social & digital media tools, analysing sales KPI's, preparing pricing documents, analysing competitor offerings & sales activities & supporting the leadership team with their strategic duties.
Your Skills/Experience that we need
- 3rd level degree qualified in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 4+ years’ relevant experience ideally gained in a dual focused Sales & Marketing role.
- Experienced gained in a property services, real estate or related sectors would be a major advantage.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 50-60k with additional benefits.
This role will be fully in office 5 days per week in Limerick city so candidates must be based in the region or willing to relocate here.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
