Sales & Marketing Manager
I am looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager. You will based in our clients North Cork office, reporting to the Sales Director, and working alongside the senior management team.
Working with a well-established company in the renewable energy sector who are constantly growing and expanding their offering. This is in line with the government's obligation & plan to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by 2030 which is driven by generous grants.
Role:
The focus of the Sales & Marketing Manager role is to lead and grow the cross-functional sales & marketing division in line with our client’s strategic growth targets. The successful applicant will be target-driven, have excellent commercial awareness of the renewable energy market, and have a proven track record motivating and managing a dynamic and rapidly growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategically lead and support our sales teams in line with company targets and KPIs
● Growing and managing sales team
● Ensure all process and procedures are followed and improved over time as necessary
● Provide insight, analysis and feedback on sales activity, customer feedback and market intelligence to management and team members
● Attend marketing shows, seminars etc. as required
● Manage marketing activities
Requirements:
● 3-5 years of sales team leadership
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
● Capable of a flexible & adaptable approach to work.
● Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting at shows and seminars.
