Your Mission
💼 Lead & Motivate: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Account Executives, helping them exceed targets and achieve personal and professional growth.
📈 Drive Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the client base through inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
🎯 Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of forecasting, performance management, and driving outbound opportunities.
🤝 Collaboration: Work across departments (marketing, product, training, support) to ensure client success and improve internal processes.
What You Bring
🌟 Languages: Fluency in German and English (both written and verbal).
📊 Experience: 2+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
👥 Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team while driving accountability and delivering results.
🎯 Data-Driven: Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to inform strategy and measure success.
🧠 Growth-Oriented: Passionate about training and development and creating scalable systems for team success.
