Job Title: Traceability Lead (Functional Lead - SAP MM/SD/eWM)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Traceability Lead to drive the design workshops and lead the implementation of a traceability solution for a client. This role will involve working closely with the client as the proxy product owner for the traceability solution, guiding and influencing the design process. The ideal candidate will have detailed working knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SD, and/or SAP eWM, with the ability to recommend and implement changes to SAP ECC as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate design workshops with key stakeholders to define and document traceability requirements.
- Act as the proxy product owner for the traceability solution, working closely with the project team and client.
- Oversee the design and implementation of the traceability solution, ensuring it meets the business and technical requirements.
- Work with the technical team to recommend changes to SAP ECC and ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, and/or eWM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to ensure alignment and understanding of the traceability solution.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP traceability processes, including data flow, system functionality, and integration points.
- Ensure the solution meets all relevant regulatory and business compliance requirements.
- Support the client during the project lifecycle, from design through to successful implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and/or SAP eWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Proven experience in leading functional design workshops and working as a proxy product owner.
- In-depth understanding of traceability processes in the context of SAP solutions.
- Ability to recommend changes and enhancements to SAP ECC based on business requirements and traceability needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience with project management in an SAP context, including planning, scoping, and managing timelines.
- Previous experience in leading SAP-based traceability projects or similar initiatives is highly desirable.
- Hybrid working environment, with 2 days onsite in New Jersey.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience working in logistics or supply chain traceability.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies or iterative development processes.
Mode of Work:
- Hybrid, 2 days onsite in New Jersey per week.
