Overview:
Partnering with Client Engagement, Medical Communications, and Writing teams, this role ensures scientific excellence across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Align medical communication deliverables with scientific objectives.
Develop and oversee high-quality, scientifically accurate content.
Lead faculty and client interactions regarding scientific content.
Support clients in achieving communication goals through strategic materials.
Train and mentor Writing teams on therapeutic areas.
Ensure alignment with brand strategies and scientific landscapes.
Provide functional and financial oversight for medical communications projects.
Qualifications:
Degree in life sciences or healthcare (PhD, PharmD, MD preferred).
5+ years in medical communications (agency or pharma).
Experience with publications, symposia, advisory boards, and digital solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Leadership & Compliance:
Guide content development and execution.
Mentor teams and foster collaboration.
Ensure adherence to best practices (GPP3) and industry guidelines.
