Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll:
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate deductions (PAYE, PRSI, pensions).
- Handle employee queries and discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Irish tax laws.
- Submit statutory payroll filings and reports.
General Administration:
- Ensure proper employee record keeping and compliance.
- Provide support for audits and other finance tasks as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in payroll administration.
- Knowledge of Irish payroll laws and accounting practices.
- Proficient in payroll and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
