Senior Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a team that works with Salesforce and related technologies, and who will have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally
The successful candidate be providing leadership on complex systems analysis projects as well as providing influence with business partners to develop recommendations that address business needs and opportunities. Additionally, you will be skilled in negotiating business priorities through partnership with product owners and translating needs back to the team for timely delivery.
This position is an initial 12 month daily rate contract role.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst
- Experience with Agile methodologies, requirements solicitation, User Story generation
- Innovative problem solver and team player
- Able to work under minimum supervision with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to navigate through uncertainty
- Partner with squad lead and delivery team to meet customer needs
- Capturing and documenting requirements and solutions
- Resolve issues and/or identify approaches to solutions
- Promote Agile development practices
- Communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels
This position will be one week working in office, three weeks working remotely in a typical month.
