Your experience & requirements needed:

Work Experience: At least 7 years of demonstrated experience as a technical lead or architect in the development of enterprise-level web applications. Proficient in hands-on software architecture and engineering with expertise in application threat modeling and conducting risk assessments.
Leadership: Proven ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate with application architects, engineering teams, and product stakeholders to deliver resilient application solutions.
Security Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of vulnerabilities and security threats related to web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of security technologies in the domain of application security.
Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Cloud Architectures (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and an in-depth ability to address the unique security needs of cloud computing environments, including secure integration with on-premises services, Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), data protection, and the OWASP top 10.
CI/CD Mastery: Advanced expertise in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) methodologies, pipeline tools (preferably Jenkins), and build automation tools such as Maven and Gradle.
Architectural Competence: Strong knowledge of strategies to safeguard customer data and applications, including secure code reviews, software composition analysis, dynamic application security testing (e.g., penetration testing), and Red Team assessments.
Core Attributes: Adept at simplifying complex concepts, demonstrating clear judgment, and making confident decisions. Flexible, collaborative, and able to build effective partnerships with colleagues.
Security Testing: Experience with application security tools and solutions, including secure code reviews, penetration testing, and Red Team methodologies.
AppSec Testing: Proficiency in tools and practices related to Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST).
DevSecOps Expertise: Extensive experience in integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, automating security processes, and addressing common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, SQL Injection) in widely-used programming languages and frameworks like Java, Node.js, and Spring.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated success in resolving complex technical challenges to drive projects forward.
Agile Practices: Ability to leverage agile methodologies to continuously deliver value while aligning with product strategies.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including expertise in creating written, verbal, and visual technology presentations.
Business Value: Ability to convey the business impact of technology decisions and influence leaders to adopt innovative technologies.
Adaptability: Capacity to quickly learn and integrate new technologies into existing systems.
