We seek a TA Partner to join our client services team within our RPO teams. This role focuses on partnering with our clients to manage their hiring needs.
In this role, you will work alongside our client's Service Delivery Manager to support with the management of the client relationship, from building relationships with key stakeholders, delivering recruitment metrics update reports to working with Cpl’s internal teams to ensure we are meeting our contract SLAs and KPIs.
In this role, you will live on the client’s Application Tracking Systems (ATS) to oversee with the full end to end management of the roles allocated to you, inclusive of managing candidate applications. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate that can be both candidate and client centric while having the commercial awareness of how best to delivery the RPO project.
Flexibility is often required when engaging with key stakeholders who can often be based globally across different timezones.
In periods of lower recruitment activity, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates who may be applying directly to the client's ATS, and actively building your own candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
· Working collaboratively with the client’s teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
· Review Strategic sourcing project plans for role requirements before presenting back to clients.
· Have a deep understanding of our client’s employee value proposition and develop a go to market narrative to attract talent.
· Manage client stakeholder, providing them with relevant reporting metrics, insights and trends for the roles and skillsets they are looking to hire.
· Proactively engage talent and continually build a talent pools to meet our clients’ needs
· Screen and assess candidates to ensure they are meeting the clients technical & personal competencies as well as being a culture fit.
· Support the management of candidates through the interview and offer process.
· Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey
· Keep all recruitment activity correctly recorded on both client and Cpl systems
· Manage, coordinate & support all stakeholders especially hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
· Attend and support colleagues in weekly operations call with the client’s stakeholders
· Compile weekly reporting with support of SDM to be sent to client stakeholders
· Support with value-added services for our clients including marketing activities, candidates and client satisfaction indicators, training, advice and support to client stakeholders who are new to hiring in Ireland.
Requirements for this role
- BSc in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or another related field
- 3+ years’ experience in recruitment/ talent delivery which must include the following:
- Experience working managing stakeholders in the technology industry
- In Depth understanding of the tech talent pools in Ireland
- Managed candidates in high volumes through
- Passionate about the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record or meeting delivery SLA’s & KPI’s
- Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people, clients and candidates both through emails and on video calls.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment working across teams within Cpl and across our teams.
