Our client is seeking a talented in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent using diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events.
- Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles in the German-speaking regions to meet future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates, assessing them for cultural fit, technical skills, and career aspirations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.
