Leadership Opportunity – German-Speaking Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and energetic German-speaking Team Lead to manage a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, international environment based in Dublin city centre.
What Does The Typical Day Look Like:
- Engaging with potential prospects and landlords via phone, email, and video calls.
- Negotiating and finalizing lease agreements with clients.
- Keeping records updated in the company’s internal systems.
- Entering and managing data using Microsoft Excel, Word, and company-specific software.
- Creating proposals and presentation materials with accurate client information.
- Achieving sales targets with an uncapped commission structure.
What Are We Looking For:
- German Fluency: Native-level (C2) proficiency and strong English skills (B2 or higher).
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year successfully leading a team.
- Sales & Negotiation Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in a sales, B2B phone sales, or negotiation role.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: Ability to set expectations, drive results, and lead a team to exceed targets.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to review data, provide insights, and present findings.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Patience and ability to develop and support team members in achieving success.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
