Vendor Sales Manager
Location: Ireland (Remote)
Contract : Temp (6 months - Pat Cover)
Our client is looking for a Vendor Sales Manager on a temporary assignment. As a Vendor Sales Manager, you will support our client in the day to day running of their outsourced sales programs.
Role and Responsibilities
· The role will involve performance management of our outsourced vendors, internal and external stakeholder management and assistance with project management for our business, including task progress tracking and communication cascades.
· Working closely with our global vendor footprint in weekly business reviews to monitor and improve performance
· Provide weekly reporting to internal stakeholders on program, market and regional performance
· Project manage tasks raised by our vendors through effective prioritization and weekly status updates to both internal and external audiences
· Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
· Influence vendor partners to exceed operational, sales and productivity goals
· Channel advertiser feedback back into the business to provide customer-centric guidance and program recommendations
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience
· Experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales, ideally in the tech industry
· Knowledge of the advertising industry with an understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
· Experience of working with project management tools such as Asana or Jira
· Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups internally and externally to produce meaningful results
· Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and organized
· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
· Exceptional ability to prioritize and focus on driving growth
· Strong analytical skills and process mgmt. skills, high attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn
· Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills across functions and regions
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, in high-pressure situations
