Responsibilities and tasks
- Responsible for on time shipment of customer orders, completing required documentation and entries into the ERP system and external databases (export) as needed.
- Tracks shipments, deliveries and orders using UPS, DHL and FedEx Online Software.
- Coordinate shipment of product to authorized sterilization company / other sub-contractors.
- Ship test samples for LAL testing, sterilization, dose audits, bio-burden testing, and peel testing when
- needed.
- Understands and follows Import and Export Compliance Procedures using the Automated Export System.
- Understand and follows the comprehensive list incorporating parties REQUIRED to be screened according to the United States Government's export laws and requirements -the MK Data Denial List.
- Receive and deliver packages and product, deliver to appropriate person or department as needed.
- Complete required receiving transactions in ERP system.
- Keep warehouse areas neat and organized.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent English and German
- Experience in similar roles
- Proven record of working in GxP/MDR related environment
- Strong communication, written and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook) and with ERP
Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary € 45,000 EUR
