​My name is Lauren Kennan and I have recently secured a position with a leading insurance provider in Ireland through Cpl Recruitment. Overall my experience with Cpl was highly positive. My recruitment consultant Meabh was really helpful and efficient, I was contacted very soon after my job application through Cpl and within days I was invited for an interview with an insurance company. I received valuable interview preparation from my recruitment consultant both in person and over the phone, and was given a wide range of useful and informative resources to ensure I was highly prepared for the interview. Through Cpl my knowledge and confidence with regards to the interview process was largely improved and the efficiency with which they secured an interview really stood out to me.

​The whole process from start to finish involved no stress at all from my point of view. Started off with a simple email, moved to a few phone calls and then before I knew it I had 2 interviews set up. Meabh was always flexible when it came to times to meet face to face or talk over the phone. It was always easy to get in contact with her and I didn't have to chase up every day to get an update. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and I genuinely felt like Meabh cared and wanted to help me in any way she could.
