Roberta has over 20 years of experience managing contingency workforce and extensive knowledge of managed staffing, managed service and permanent recruitment models. She has a wealth of HR experience within various departments and skills such as sales, customer service/multilingual, administration, finance, and manufacturing functions. Roberta is passionate, loyal and delivery-focused for the client and employee partnership.

Roberta has a proven track record tailoring flexible integrated solutions to transform our client's businesses through people, partners, processes and technology. Roberta believes people are the most valuable asset to any organisation, therefore our goal is to attract, retain, support and engage a high performing workforce to be future ready.

Roberta manages the Talent Evolution Group Centre of Excellence Team of onboarding specialists, HR coordinators, account support SME and compliance officers. She previously held roles in banking customer service, office administration and on-site team coordinator, holds a BA in Human Resource Management and is a CIPD Graduate.
