Our client, a well-known Sciences Company located near Ringaskiddy, Cork has a temporary requirement for an administrator to provide office support in their Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day administration of the department and organization of the activities such as training, user access and planning and execution of project related workshops and events.
- 39 hours a week, Monday-Friday
- 12 month contract
What you will be doing:
· Event planning and execution of critical workshops and meetings to ensure successful communication and delivery of key project milestones.
· Lead host interactive workshops and meetings virtually or in person.
· Calendar management
· Collaborate and partner with vendors(consultants, caterers, venues etc)
· Weekly and monthly meetings (e.g Core Team, Sponsors, Stakeholders, Town halls)
· Face to face meetings, VIP visits, offsite days, team building events.
Essential
- 2+ years of project co-ordination/event planning experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry or multinational an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and problem solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office Word, Excel and Outlook Operational management ski
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
