OnCall Production Systems Monitoring. Splunk Monitoring, Grafana Monitoring ,Dashboards Build/Improvements, Mailbox Change Control as it relates to service. Full awareness of all production change plans Change Approval Board attendance, System Ownership BAU ownership activity (eg. IT Pam Reviews, uControl Map reviews, JST and Dora asks)Legacy System Treatment Strategy
