As a key member of the sales team, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers across our services and products. This involves generating and qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, and closing business, all while providing excellent customer service. We seek a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team and expand our presence in the Irish SME market, focusing on new business, up-selling, and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop a strategy to acquire new customers by targeting clients for proactive sales in line with Irish and European initiatives.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing to create digital campaigns and generate leads through phone and email prospecting.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads, establish rapport, answer questions, handle objections, and demonstrate solutions remotely using video content and risk assessments.
- Closing Sales: Close new business by addressing customer concerns, generating proposals, and finalizing contracts while updating CRM data.
- Implementation: Ensure smooth handover to the delivery team and remain involved during implementation.
- Post-Sale Support: Follow up on customer satisfaction, address concerns, and explore upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in remote sales, utilising digital marketing and social network channels to generate leads, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, B2B sales experience.
- Business acumen, commercial awareness, and strong negotiation skills
- Relationship building and networking capabilities.
