Business Development Representative – (German)
As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts in Europe. This role is pivotal to our success, as your insights and feedback will directly influence our sales and marketing strategies. How You Will Make an Impact:
- Identify high-potential companies in the region that can benefit from our solutions through strategic research and outreach.
- Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that generate new opportunities.
- Develop, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personas to maximize engagement.
- Share learnings and best practices with the outbound team to drive collective success and continuous improvement.
- Embody our core values of accountability, effort, and teamwork in every interaction.
Who You Are:
- Have 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology or SaaS sector.
- Consistently seek improvement and approach challenges with a rigorous, solution-oriented mindset.
- Motivated by exceeding goals and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware, with a passion for building strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented, a self-starter, and relentless yet professional in your approach.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
