Call Handler
CPL are pleased to work with a leading building and public works contractor in NI to recruit for 4 call handers to join their team.
2 positions available in Pomeroy. 2 positions available in Warrenpoint.
Duties:
· Assist with a variety of administration tasks.
· Deal with enquires by email and telephone.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Ensure tenants, management and contractors are kept informed.
· Maintain accurate records.
Criteria:
· Experience working in a customer service or customer facing role.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
Working hours:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
