Your responsibilities will include policy implementation, operational management, risk assessment, compliance oversight, performance evaluation, and overall office administration. Your leadership will drive excellence, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and optimal organizational performance.
Seeking a candidate with a background in Banking or similar industry, possessing:
- Strong IT skills and technology development knowledge.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient numeracy skills with financial training for budget management.
- Extensive experience in Loan Underwriting.
- Sound Financial Skills and Business Acumen.
- Track record in employee performance management and organizational development.
- Expertise in Risk Management and Compliance.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to devise and implement strategic visions and manage change effectively.

Qualifications
- The ideal person will have a third level, relevant Degree (minimum level 8), and/or a relevant Professional Qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Hold a Central Bank Minimum Competency Qualification, e.g., QFA, and or other qualifications related to financial services
