Cleaner - Almac Central Services
CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Cleaner to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.

·   Pay Rate - £12.72 per/hr plus 16.7% shift premium
·   Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon
·   Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum
·   Hours – 37.5 hours per week
·   Shift - Evenings (Monday to Friday)

OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE:
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in
designated areas of the Almac (Craigavon) facilities.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The post holder will:
1. Perform Routine Cleaning of the Facility as required, including any additional
areas which may require a higher standard of cleaning
2. Be required to move to additional areas to provide cover for periods of
absence
3. Be required to be flexible with regards to hours of work to accommodate
business need, this may include overtime and weekend work
4. Use Almac approved consumables and maintain a suitable level of stock at all
times
5. Monitor stock levels and complete stock order forms on a regular and ongoing
basis
6. Inform Line Manager of maintenance issues as and when they arise which are
observed during performance of duties
7. Keep Line Manager informed on a regular basis of progress and any
circumstances, which alter agreed time scales and work schedules
8. Maintain adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures
10.Fully adhere to training provided to ensure the Health Safety and Wellbeing of
yourself and others
