Duties include:
- Managing the integration of a new system
- Be first point of contacts for queries via helpline
- Updating the database accordingly.
- Take payment over the phone.
- Data entry and Data management
- Record management
- Updating files
- Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years administration or clerical experience.
- Attention to detail
- The ability to show to compassion to vulnerable people.
