Clinical Nurse Manager role for state of the art Care Centre located in Co. Cork.
The role of the CNM is to support the Director of Care, Operations Manager & Registered Provider, be a positive ambassador for the care centre, its residents, management team, and other staff members.
· Lead and implement change, with particular reference to HIQA standards
· Display leadership, innovation and creativity to deal with any crisis that may arise in the course of your work
