Job Opportunity: CNM2 - 39 Hours/Week
Permanent Full-Time Position
Are you passionate about providing person-centered care to older persons?
Join us in a rewarding role caring for the older person in their residential unit. The unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000, operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland
What We’re Looking For:
· Qualifications: Up-to-date NMBI registration and a management qualification (Fetac/QQI Level 6 or equivalent).
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in residential settings with children/adults with intellectual disabilities, including managerial experience.
· Skills: Strong leadership, budget management, and knowledge of HIQA standards. Experience with behaviors that challenge is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure quality assurance and effective resource management.
· Lead and develop staff, ensuring adherence to our Foundation’s ethos and policies.
· Promote resident safety and welfare through timely reporting and a holistic care approach.
