In this role you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of small and medium size business, providing proactive support and service.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Managing a portfolio of clients and partners
- Account Management and growth
- Increasing client satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for upselling's products and services
- Act as a point of contact for clients if any issue
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent German (C2 level) and English
- Customer focused attitude
- Experience in the financial services or payments is an advantage
- Experience in working with retailers or ecommerce businesses is a plus
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team
- Very good time management
