Currently looking for Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speaker Customer Advisor Specialist to join our exciting project in the Television and Entertainment industry. This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw, starting mid-April.
We Offer a permanent contract with our Client in Warsaw with potential for career development in the Television and Entertainment industry, competitive salary + benefits on employment contract (MyBenefit/Multisport, LuxMed, language classes, group insurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company
- Handle inquires related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish / Finnish / Norwegian or Swedish (C1 +), and English (B2 +)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Basic administrative and technical knowledge
- Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 9:00 - 19:00, Weekends: 10:00 - 16:00)
