Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Swedish or Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisor Specialist! We're seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for a leading streaming company. Your role will involve providing technical assistance, handling contract and billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide top-tier support to both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Inquiry Handling: Manage inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues efficiently.
- Complaint Resolution: Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct administrative calls for tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
- Availability: Ability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri: 8:00-20:00, Weekends: 10:00-20:00).
