Our client, a leading healthcare business based in Galway, is looking to hire a dynamic and personable Customer Service Representative. If you're a team player who thrives on building strong relationships, this is the perfect role for you. This is a permanent position reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Working Hours: 5 PM - 1 AM, Monday to Friday, on-site. Hybrid options available after the probation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, friendly support to customers and employees, resolving any issues or complaints related to the company’s products
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, promotions, and policies
- Maintain a professional, courteous approach in all customer interactions
- Accurately document customer interactions and comply with internal procedures
- Report directly to the Customer Service Team Leader
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
