I'm recruiting for a German speaking Landlord Relations Consultant (m/w/d) [Customer Service] to our team to help make a difference in the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for the relationship with our customers' landlords. The LLRC communicates with landlords via phone and email and resolves various issues, e.g. change of bank details, change of ownership, cancellations, etc.

Your every day...
- Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing emails to/from landlords.
- Preparing for a call to landlords: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the internet and other sources.
- Finding solutions to problems and escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner.
- Adherence to processes.
- Data entry and process monitoring: Includes entering data into the company's database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Liaising with the Lease Processor team to ensure contract documents are issued correctly.
- Training: Assist in the training of new employees as required.
- Occasional attendance at client meetings.
- Completing other tasks as assigned from time to time.
What you need...
- Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher)
- Experience in a people facing role (like retail / customer service / hospitality / etc.)
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
