Exciting opportunity to work for our client in the Limerick area. Cpl are hiring a number of Customer Support Agents to join our clients' team for their Limerick office.
This is a full time position - hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Pension, healthcare, birthday leave, company discount and other benefits are available after an initial 3 month period. Hybrid working model - one week onsite and one week in the Limerick office upon successful completion of a six week training period. Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided. Excellent career progression opportunities arise within the company. Free onsite gym and parking.
Requirements
- Hybrid working model, one week remote and one week onsite.
- To support working from home a minimum of 5MB Broadband is required.
- Ability to travel to and from the Limerick Office in line with business needs.
The Person
- Experience in a contact centre environment is desirable but not essential. Full training and support is provided to get you settled.
- Comfortable talking to customers over the phone to resolve their query.
- Hardworking with a can do attitude.
- Self-starter - interested in your own personal development.
- First class problem solving skills, attention to detail with high work standards.
- Good typing skills and computer skills advantageous.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environments, with lots of diverse challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate with your team through weekly meetings both onsite in the office and through teams.

- Support customers by providing a great customer experience aligned to company values.
- Provide proactive updates to customers where required, ensuring a great experience.
- Engage with customers, be relentless in resolving their issue, minimising customer disruption.
- Support business growth by up-selling/cross selling as the opportunity programme.
- Take ownership of the customer journey - provide a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to your team and department performance through meeting targets.
