The Role
As eCommerce Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating online revenue through data-driven growth strategies. You’ll lead the development and optimisation of the brand’s D2C eCommerce experience and work cross-functionally to drive sales, conversion, and customer retention across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an eCommerce growth strategy focused on international expansion
- Own performance across the brand’s D2C website – traffic, conversion, AOV, and LTV
- Lead digital performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and email
- Partner with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure best-in-class customer experiences
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and lead CRO initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform innovations
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of eCommerce or digital growth experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle
- Proven track record of driving significant D2C revenue growth
- Strong understanding of CRO, customer journeys, and acquisition/retention strategies
- Hands-on experience with key tools and platforms: GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.
- Commercial mindset, data-led decision-making, and strong project management skills
- A passion for brand, creativity, and digital innovation
