Flexsource are currently looking for fully qualified and experienced Electricians for a full time, permanent position for facility management company based in South Dublin.
Successful candidate will be working on small to medium size electrical project installs, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance including troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment in Dublin and surrounding areas.
Please note that this role requires the Garda Vetting.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPM on all electrical equipment
- Emergency lighting
- Data & Telecoms equipment
- Motive power
- General lighting
- Fixed electrical testing
- PAT testing
- Water & booster pumps
- HVAC equipment i.e. pumps, chillers. A/C split units etc (electrical only)
- Generator maintenance
- UPS maintenance
- Reactive callouts
- Out of hours support
- Managing Subcontractors
Key Requirements:
- FETAC Level 6 Electrician Qualification
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills both verbal & written
- Experience in using MS office
- Good problem solving and trouble shooting ability
- Flexibility as some travel to the client site might be required
- Full, clean Driving License
- Experience working in the regulatory environment (preferred, but not essential)
- Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred, but not essential)
- Thermal Imaging experience (preferred, but not essential)
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am to 16:30 pm
Rates of Pay:
- €25.02p/h
