What does the typical day look like:
You will be responsible for visiting and securing optimal rental locations for mobile phone antenna sites in Germany on behalf of the client's customers
- Carrying out site inspections (photos on site, access inspection, assessment of access for lorry/crane) including documentation in Fastfield
- Meeting with landlords/municipalities, answering questions about the site acquisition process
- Planning/coordination of site inspections with landlords, local authorities and partner companies (SITER, Fuchs, CTeam etc.)
- Conducting BTBs, meeting with all parties involved on site, representing my client (and the landlord in their absence)
- Validation of sites, if necessary together with site acquisition consultants for site inspections
- Planning efficient routing to save time and costs
What are we looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- The ability to work independently while being a team player
- Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Class B driving licence + 2 years

- Salary: €35,000 per annum base salary + est. 3k-5k in commission
