Global Talent on behalf of our Enterprise Tech clients’ have a requirement for German Speaker to join their team. This post is PERMANENT position. The role is based in Dublin. The working model is FULLY remote.
Working a 40 hour (Monday to Friday) per week the successful candidate will be employed as a permanent member of team and will be paid a fix rate.
Notes that all applicants must be legible to work in Ireland and resident in Dublin region to be considered for this position.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our clients’ teams in two key roles:
- Sales Professional: In this role, you will collaborate with the field sales team to drive revenue growth from both new and existing accounts. Your focus will be on proactive account management, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while working towards sales targets.
Salary: €32000
- Customer Service Technical Agent: As a Customer Service Technical Agent, you will provide 1st level B2B support to commercial customers across Europe. This role involves handling IT-related queries through phone, email, or web tickets. You'll gain exposure to various aspects of global business, including service management, technical support, and quality control, while building skills in IT troubleshooting, customer service, and teamwork.
Salary: €27651 + Bonus

1. Sales Professional:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Act as the primary internal contact for VIP accounts, fostering relationships via phone and email to encourage repeat business.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the field sales team by preparing quotes, visuals, and samples, consulting with clients, and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Account Management: Follow up on quotes and orders, introduce selling tools, manage customer feedback, and resolve service issues.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed on Goldstar products, industry trends, and competitors.
- Teamwork: Participate in meetings, manage daily tasks, engage in training, and contribute to business improvement.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years in sales/account management or 3+ years in customer service preferred.
- Strong phone communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and German.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Contact: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and web tickets.
- Documentation: Record information in ticketing systems and update customers.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality guidelines to maintain high service standards.
- Problem Determination: Use knowledge databases and tools to troubleshoot issues, either through remote takeover or guiding customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and the relevant language skill (both written and oral).
- IT-related work experience or education is preferred.
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work within a team and meet both personal and team targets.
- EU citizenship or Irish Visa Stamp 4 required.
